IT ALL STARTED WITH CYSER
Before we ever started making cider, we were fermenting something different. Cyser sits in its own lane, part cider and part mead, created when apple juice and honey ferment together in the same tank and develop a character you will not find anywhere else.
What we loved right away was the balance. It is bright but never sharp, smooth but never heavy. Some finish lively and bubbly like prosecco, while others settle into deeper, more layered notes of herbs and spices.
Our cysers were our first craft, a blend born from apples and Hill Country honey. We have added new ciders since then, each with its own style and personality, but cyser will always be our foundation.
