WHY WE MAKE IT

Hye Bay is the first of our herbaceous cysers — crafted with our foodies in mind. It’s refreshing but grounded, structured but easy, and built to shine in everyday life: weeknight dinners, weekend gatherings, or a slow night in the kitchen.

We wanted a cyser that played well with global flavors and still carried the signature Hye Cider brightness. Hye Bay became exactly that — the pour you keep reaching for, no matter what’s on the menu.

A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY....

Nobody enjoys fishing a bay leaf out of a stew, yet everyone appreciates the depth it brings. Bay leaves are one of the most versatile spices in the kitchen — subtle, savory, and quietly essential. They pull every ingredient into harmony and give the whole dish its final polish.

Hye Bay was inspired by that same idea.

We set out to create a cyser that could do for food what a bay leaf does for a recipe: elevate it without overpowering it. A bright, herbaceous pour that brings together the flavors on the table and complements cuisines from around the world.

And when we finished crafting it, we knew we’d hit the bull’s-eye. Hye Bay became our go-to companion cyser for any meal — the one you can cook with, pair with, and pass around with confidence.
