A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY....

Hye Heaven is our Big Dawg — the cyser that brings together everything our production team learned from crafting our first four pours. Those early cysers taught us technique, timing, patience, and restraint. Each one had a clear, singular focus. But Hye Heaven was the moment we stepped into something bigger.

Where our earlier cysers were intentionally one-dimensional, Hye Heaven is fully multidimensional. It unites four distinct elements — apples, figs, toasted peppercorn, and honey — that ferment together yet remain impressively defined in the glass. The apples provide structure, the figs add earthy depth, the peppercorn brings warm aromatic lift, and the honey ties the entire profile together with natural roundness.

The result is a layered, complex drinking experience that evolves sip by sip. Hye Heaven marks a turning point in our lineup — the cyser that showed us just how far fermentation, intuition, and creativity could take us.
