A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY....

This cider began with a simple question in the tasting room: “Can we make something that tastes like a mimosa, but still tastes like Hye Cider?”

We took that as a challenge. A clean fermentation would give us structure; the orange juice added post-fermentation would provide the citrus bloom we wanted. The first test batch poured like sunlight — bright, aromatic, and instantly uplifting.

Guests loved it. Staff loved it. And from that moment on, Gloriosa Mimosa earned its place as our most playful, brunch-ready pour.
