WHY WE MAKE IT

A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY....

Hye Cinner began as a small-batch seasonal idea that immediately gained a fan base. The test batch was originally designed for the holidays, but guests kept asking for it long after winter ended. Its gentle spice, apple-forward structure, and smooth finish made it more versatile than we expected.

The name, of course, wrote itself — a Hill Country twist on a classic flavor. Today, Hye Cinner has become one of our most requested seasonal pours, the one that returns each year like an old friend.
