Hye ’N Prickly is our ode to the Texas landscape — bright, colorful, and just a little wild. It’s the kind of pour that catches your eye first, then wins you over with its clean, lively drinkability.
We start by fermenting apple juice with Silver Dollar Winery rosé, creating a crisp base with soft structure and lift. Then, after fermentation, we add real prickly pear fruit to bring its signature magenta color, juicy sweetness, and unmistakably Texas personality.
The fruit in this cider is the real deal prickly pear — technically called the “tuna,” though we’re still not sure who approved that name. What it does taste like is Texas summer: vibrant, juicy, and full of character. Think watermelon, kiwi, and berry with a subtle earthy or floral undercurrent, plus a gentle tang that keeps everything bright. Semi-sweet, smooth, and unmistakably vibrant, Hye ’N Prickly is a celebration of the flavors that make Texas… Texas.
