CYSER & CIDER EXPLAINED
Is there alcohol in the cider?
Yes. Everything we make is a fully fermented alcoholic beverage. Our ciders and cysers range between 5.5% and 11.5% ABV.
Do you have non-alcoholic drinks at the tasting room?
Yes, we carry Burg’s Corner non-alcoholic peach cider. It’s delicious and a favorite among both kids and adults! We also have canned soda pops and ice teas.
What is a cyser?
Cyser is a fermented blend of apples and honey. It drinks clean and dry, with the structure of wine and the brightness of cider. We offer pure cysers and specialty blends that include botanicals, teas, or spices for added depth.
Are your ciders and cysers sweet or dry?
We make ciders and cysers that span dry to sweet. Cysers typically land on the drier end, while some ciders bring a little more sweetness.

Are your ciders and cysers fermented like wine, or brewed like beer?
Everything we make is fermented, similar to wine. We don’t brew, boil, or cook our ingredients. We ferment apples, honey, and botanicals naturally into alcohol.
Are all the ciders and cysers gluten-free?
Yes. Everything we make is naturally gluten-free because our ciders and cysers are made from apples, honey, fruits, herbs, and spices — never grains.
Are they vegan?
Our ciders are vegan, but all of the cysers contain honey.
Do you use added sugars?
We ferment our honey and apples fully dry. No added sugars, no syrupy finishes. We do back sweeten the Hye Note and the Hye Heaven with pure honey.
Do you use any additives or flavor enhancers?
No. Everything we make comes from real, whole ingredients — nothing artificial, nothing boosted, nothing engineered. Everything comes from real fruits, herbs, teas, spices, and Hill Country honey.
Is it carbonated? Still? Sparkling?
All of our ciders and cysers are carbonated. When fermentation finishes, they’re naturally lightly carbonated, but we add a bit more CO₂ because it brings out the flavor and makes the finish cleaner.
If you opened a bottle and didn’t finish it, it may lose some carbonation — but it’s still good. In fact, flat cider or cyser makes an excellent cocktail mixer.
How long does an opened bottle last?
Unopened bottles can sit in the pantry indefinitely — they don’t need refrigeration until you’re ready to enjoy them.
Once opened, it’s a carbonated product, so we recommend using a champagne stopper to keep the bubbles fresh while you finish the bottle. If it does go flat, no worries. It’s still good and makes a great cocktail mixer.
VISITING THE TASTING ROOM
Do you offer tasting flights?
Absolutely. Flights are $20 for five flavors. Pick your own lineup, or let Dom create a custom tasting just for you. He’s great at helping people find their new favorite.

The Cidery and Italian Bistro are open:
Fri & Sat: 11 am – 8 pm
Sun, Tues-Thurs: 11 am – 6 pm
Monday: Closed
What's on tap?
We pour from eight rotating taps, changing with the seasons. Every new cider and cyser debuts on tap in our tasting room before it’s available anywhere else. If you would like a tasting or glass of something that isn’t on tap, just ask — we’ll gladly open a bottle.

Can I buy bottles to go?
Absolutely. Bottles to go are always available. Club members save 15% on tastings, glasses, and bottles.
Grab a 12-bottle case and get 15% off, or 20% off if you’re in the club.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome. For groups of eight or more, we recommend reaching out ahead of time.
Do you have live music?
Can I bring my dogs?
Yes — well-behaved dogs on leash are always welcome. Just a heads up: we have a few friendly cidery dogs who roam off-leash on the property.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes — families are welcome here. All we ask is that kids stay respectful of the space and the people around them. There’s lots of open space in the grove for them to move around!
Do you serve food? Can we bring food?
We have a full menu available from the Silver Dollar Winery Italian Bistro. Food is available all hours that we are open. We kindly ask that you do not bring outside food.
Do you accomodate large groups?
Absolutely. Groups of eight or more should call or email so we can plan seating and staff accordingly.
Can I book a private event?
Yes. We host private events. Reach out with your date, group size, and needs.

What is a Cider Club?
A Cider Club is just like a wine club, but built for people who love cider and cyser. It’s a way to stay connected to what we make, taste new releases first, and enjoy perks along the way.
We created the Hye Cider Club for fans who want a curated mix of bottles each quarter — early releases, small batches, and the flavors we’re most excited about. Every season you’ll get something new, something unexpected, and something you can’t find anywhere else yet.

How does the club work?
It’s simple. You join the club, and every quarter we curate a 4-pack of ciders and cysers. You’ll get an email before each release, we bill the card on file, and you can pick up your box in the tasting room or have it shipped to any of the 35 states listed below. Each release includes seasonal batches and classic flavors so you always get a mix of what’s new and what you already love.
The holiday allocation is always optional. See below for details on the membership commitment.

What are the membership perks?
Members enjoy 15% off tastings, glasses, and bottles, plus 20% off every 12-bottle case. You’ll also get early access to releases, tasting room privileges, and invitations to special events.
Every quarter, members are invited to a pickup party with complimentary pours, food, and live music — a great way to taste what’s new and connect with the Hye Cider community. Not local? We’ll ship your allocation to you.
Each month, members receive two complimentary pours or tastings for themselves and two extra pours our tastings to share in the tasting room.
What’s included in each allocation?
Each quarterly allocation is a 4-bottle curated mix of seasonal batches and tried-and-true classics — a little new, a little familiar, always worth opening.
What if I can't make a pickup party?
Pickups are available during tasting room hours. We hold boxes for 30 days.
What if I'm not local?
Shipping is available in 35 states. See below to find out if we ship to your state.
All 4-bottle allocations are shipped with a $25.50 flat shipping rate.
How long is the membership commitment?
We keep it simple: the club is a four-quarter cycle. You’re only committed to three allocations, and the holiday box is optional… even if it is our favorite party of the year.
How does billing work for club releases?
Billing runs before each quarterly release. You will receive a reminder email before charges process.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $30, whether you order one bottle or a full case. If you want to save on bottles and shipping, the Cider Club is the way to go — members get 15% off bottles and shipping fee, plus a curated 4-bottle allocation each quarter.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive in 4–7 days depending on location. See below for extreme weather considerations.
Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely. We keep bottles stocked in the tasting room, so feel free to stop in to pick up your order. Give us a call beforehand and we’ll make sure we have the flavors you want set aside. Online ordering for local pickup isn’t available at this time.
What if my order arrives broken?
If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos and we will make it right.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Alcohol laws limit returns. If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we will help.
Are there signature requirements for orders?
An adult signature is required for all alcohol deliveries. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.
Do you ship during extreme heat or cold?
We’re careful with shipping during extreme heat. Sometimes that means holding your order until Monday so it doesn’t spend the weekend in a hot warehouse. Cold weather isn’t a problem for our ciders and cysers.

Do you sell gift cards?
Unfortuantely not at this time. We recommend gifting one of our curated 4-Packs.
How do I inquire about wholesale?
